About Mandeep

Mandeep is the Founder and CEO of KaurMaxwell. She is an experienced commercial litigator recognised for her determination, tenacity on behalf of her clients, and astute tactical approach to disputes.

 

Mandeep has represented a broad range of clients including leading corporates, ultra-high net worth individuals, celebrities, including Janet Jackson, and those who find themselves in financial difficulties. She has extensive experience in Insolvency and Restructuring and has both prosecuted and defended in cases centred around antecedent transactions. In addition, Mandeep is well versed in all matters around Shareholder Disputes and Directors' Disqualification. 

 

Mandeep completed her LPC and qualified in 2011, having obtained her LLM Masters the year before. She was granted Higher Rights of Audience in 2010-2011.

 

Mandeep brings a relentlessly practical, no nonsense and solutions-based approach to litigation. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi and is a member of the Society of Asian Lawyers. Mandeep is also KaurMaxwell's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, Finance and Administration.
