Acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property

Whether it is a multi-property leasehold acquisition portfolio or a single freehold property disposal, our commercial property team will guide you through the entire process from start to finish.

If you are purchasing, our team will investigate the legal title, carry out the necessary searches, raise enquiries with the seller's solicitor and work with any lender you might need. If you are selling, we will prepare a comprehensive sales pack and work with you to reply to any enquiries raised by the buyer to conclude the transaction promptly. We will also arrange for this to be discharged on your behalf (if applicable).

On both matters, we will review and negotiate the agreement and/or lease on your behalf to ensure the deal is done with your best interests at heart.

Landlord and Tenant matters
