Garance Vaughan

Garance first joined KaurMaxwell as a paralegal in January 2022. Garance recently qualified in November 2024 as a solicitor specialising in Civil Litigation.

Garance’s experience includes litigation, dispute resolution, debt collection, family proceedings, and commercial matters. Garance has assisted large corporations, start-ups and individuals through technical litigious matters as well as to concretise their business plans. Garance has a notable track record of working on cases where favourable settlements for clients were achieved.

Prior to joining KaurMaxwell, Garance worked as a paralegal for a shipping firm based in London where she principally handled litigious and general commercial contract matters.

Outside of work, Garance enjoys horse riding and reading. She also previously represented UCL in the 2020 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot where UCL reached the top 30.
