Ranjeeta’s background in litigation means she is skilled in handling contentious divorce/family proceedings and when it comes to negotiating and agreeing settlements in favour of her clients. She is instructed by vulnerable clients who are victims of Domestic Violence and who she has successfully obtained Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders for whilst also dealing with their matters in a sensitive and caring manner. Ranjeeta has represented clients in resisting and applying for permission to remove children from the jurisdiction to live abroad in countries such as Mozambique, Kazakhstan, and Australia.
