Lillie is a senior marketing leader with over a decade of experience delivering growth across the legal, financial, and Web3 sectors. As Head of Marketing at KaurMaxwell, she oversees the firm’s end-to-end marketing strategy, aligning brand, digital systems, and stakeholder communications to support business development and scale. With a strong track record in performance-led marketing, Lillie combines narrative clarity with operational precision to deliver sustainable, measurable growth. 

Lillie’s career spans in-house and advisory roles across growth-stage tech, global corporates, and professional services. She has built marketing functions from the ground up, led international rebrands, and developed integrated strategies that consistently drive pipeline and performance. Her work blends brand thinking with operational rigour, from rolling out CRM systems and GTM plans to positioning founders and building multi-channel content frameworks.

Lillie is a lifelong sports lover. You’ll usually find her at the gym, on a golf course, in a ballet or Latin dance class, hiking, or skiing during the winter season.
