About Gavin

Having qualified in a US law firm in 2002, Gavin later went on to become the General Counsel for Europe and Asia for a multi-national money broker, followed by a General Counsel position for a credit derivative operation.


Gavin has sat on the board, and still holds certain board positions for a number of companies where he advises on legal strategies and aiding company business direction.


His experience covers a wide range of market sectors, including financial services, tech start-ups, restaurants, managed services, retail, property, technology, gambling/sports betting, model agencies, auction houses, fashion, social applications, recruitment and website developers.


Not only has Gavin advised companies throughout their life cycle, but has also helped with and run companies, taking them from start-up to exit.
